Hi everyone, I'm Lu. I've been considering getting double eyelid surgery in Seoul lately, but honestly, I'm a little unsure if it's really worth the trip. I've consulted several cosmetic clinics in China, and they said the results are similar, but many people on my social media say that Korean aesthetics and techniques have their own unique characteristics, resulting in more natural and comfortable-looking results. However, considering the costs of airfare, hotel, and recovery time, is it really worth it?
My biggest concern is: if I'm not satisfied with the procedure in China, I can get adjustments done with the same doctor, but what if there are problems after flying to Seoul? Remote communication is definitely not as convenient as a face-to-face consultation. Also, I don't know much about the appointment process and communication methods. Have any of you flown in from China specifically for this procedure? Did you think the whole experience was worth it?
