I'm planning a cosmetic procedure in Korea, but I'm struggling to decide what skincare items to bring during the recovery period. A friend told me that I should bring cooling masks and silicone sheets from Japan, but I'm not sure if that's actually true.
I'm especially curious about soothing gels that can be used immediately after the procedure, and what items are useful during the downtime. I'm also wondering about the differences between what's available in Japan and what's available there, and what others brought.
I have sensitive skin, so I'd like to bring my usual brands and ingredients, but I'd love to hear anyone's tips on recovery care during trips like this! There are also liquid restrictions on airplanes, so I'm really unsure what and how much to bring.

I have sensitive skin like you, so I always bring along familiar products from Vietnam! Last time I brought a cooling face mask from home and it was extremely helpful in the first few days; I felt reassured because I was already used to using it.
I also have sensitive skin, and I was super worried about this before my last treatment in Korea! Later, I realized that bringing my usual toner and lotion was more important than bringing face masks, because unfamiliar products can actually irritate sensitive skin. For cold compresses, ice masks from local convenience stores are cheap and convenient, so I didn't have to bring them all the way from Taiwan, saving luggage space for other things.
