Hi ladies! I'm planning to go to Korea next month for a minor beauty treatment and then fly straight back. I've heard that swelling is quite noticeable in the first few days after the procedure, and I'm a little worried that the return flight might affect recovery.
I'd like to ask how everyone manages swelling after a treatment? Ice packs, medication, or just letting time do its work? I plan to bring some skincare products back home, but I'm not sure exactly what I'll need. Has anyone experienced something similar and could share their experience? For example, what products are particularly helpful before and after the flight, or what precautions should I take? I'm worried that the air pressure changes during the flight might worsen the swelling...
Also, do you have any recommendations for skincare products to bring back home? I know I shouldn't use medications indiscriminately, but gentle skincare products should be fine, right? Any advice, ladies!

I completely understand your concerns! I was also super nervous when I flew back, and it felt like the swelling really got worse during the flight. I tried drinking plenty of water, wearing loose clothing, and bringing some gentle moisturizing products to use on the plane, which seemed to help. I suggest you ask the medical staff for specific precautions before you leave, because each treatment seems to be slightly different.
I was thinking about this too, so your post was very helpful! I've seen many people say that you should prepare well before flying, but I'm also a little worried about the air pressure making the swelling worse. I hope you have a good experience and share it with us! 💕
I understand that anxiety! I've been in the same situation when I returned home, but how much did the swelling actually go down before you boarded the plane? It seems like there's a lot of individual variation, my friend said it calmed down considerably in 3 days, but I think it took longer for me.
