Will language be a problem when seeking advice in Seoul?

Hello, dear friends! I am planning to receive medical services in Seoul from Mongolia, but the language is worrying me. I am not good at English, let alone Korean. I was wondering if English would be enough during the consultation, or if I would need to hire a Mongolian translator.

Has anyone from Mongolia gone through something like this? Are there any consultation centers that help women overcome their issues in general? I would like to get some information in advance, as I am planning to go soon.
