What items are useful to carry around for swelling in the immediate post-procedure period and the following few days? I'm thinking cooling sheets, face masks, and sunscreen are essential, but is there anything else that you found helpful? Also, I'd love to know if there's any pre-flight care I should do.

For those who have traveled right after a procedure, what was your experience like? I'd also like to hear how long it typically takes for swelling to subside, just for reference. It's my first time, so I'm a bit anxious 😭 Thank you in advance!
