Look into specialized breast hospitals!!
I heard there are places that specialize in gynecomastia as well.
Yumino Surgery is good. They perform surgery here using an axillary incision, but there isn't a single visible scar. Recovery was also smooth.
I had gynecomastia surgery at DA, and I am satisfied because they didn't remove all the fat along with the glandular tissue but left a little bit behind to shape the area well and prevent surface depression. The areola scar also healed really cleanly. It's great.
The breast surgeon there provided excellent care. Personally, I recommend Yumino Surgery.
