Frontal View Before & After

It has been two months since I had gynecomastia surgery at Yumino Surgery, and I feel like my body has fully adapted to it now.

When I posted my one-month review, I was simply fascinated by the process of the major swelling subsiding, so I focused solely on that change.

However, now I am personally experiencing a significant change in my quality of life, and the tangible satisfaction I feel in my daily life is much greater!

Sometimes I am surprised myself when I see myself confidently showering in the communal shower room without a second thought after working out with friends. Seeing that my old habit of hurriedly showering in a corner while looking around nervously has disappeared, I am convinced that I made the right decision to have the surgery. Summer is just around the corner, and lately I’ve really gotten into the fun of buying clothes. I’m buying a lot of thin, light-colored items that I wouldn’t have even looked at before. Since there is no bulge around my nipples, seeing how smoothly the silhouette of my chest falls makes me feel so proud and satisfied about having had gynecomastia surgery. In the past, I used to always wear nipple patches or insist on wearing thick clothes and walking with a hunched posture because I was worried my chest would look too prominent. But now, whenever I see myself walking with my shoulders back and looking confident, I feel proud of myself. It is safe to say that there is absolutely no pain now, and the hard lumps that remained in my chest area are becoming softer day by day, returning to feel like my own flesh.

When I wore clothes before surgery

The photo above shows me wearing clothes before gynecomastia surgery. You can see the bulging parts, right? I used to live wearing only dark clothes, but the thought that I can now wear bright ones makes me look forward to summer for the first time haha. The redness from the incision in my armpit has mostly faded now, leaving just a line, so unless you look closely, no one would know I had surgery. As a result, I feel completely at ease wearing revealing clothes. Sometimes, when I sort through the loose clothes I wore before the surgery, I wonder why I didn't do this sooner and just suffered in silence. However, I think it's a relief that I can finally manage my stress now. I'm really looking forward to spending this summer without any worries haha.
