My biggest concern is communication—how can I ensure that I can communicate effectively with the doctor and avoid misunderstandings?

I'd like to ask everyone, how do you choose a clinic? Do you look at Chinese reviews or use other channels? Also, has anyone used a translator or found a doctor who speaks their language? I feel this step is very important, but I'm unsure how to verify if a clinic truly has reliable translators or bilingual consultations.
