As a foreigner, how can I judge the reputation of Korean beauty clinics?

Hi everyone, I'm Hui, from China. I'm currently considering some cosmetic procedures in Seoul, but my Korean is really limited, and I can't understand a lot of the reviews on review websites. I'd like to ask you all, how do you judge the authenticity of those English or Chinese reviews? I always feel some reviews are too perfect, and I'm a little skeptical.

Also, I'd like to know if there are any warning signs I should be particularly wary of? For example, overly promising results, unusually cheap prices, or a doctor's unfriendly attitude during the consultation. I want to screen clinics before going there to avoid being misled. Can anyone share some of their experiences or advice?
