Girls, I'm really torn right now. I want to get an aesthetic procedure done, but I'm not sure whether I should go with a local clinic here in Vietnam or save up to go to South Korea. Both options have their own pros and cons, and I'm not confident I've thought through everything.
So here's what I'm thinking — going to Korea has the advantage of learning about new techniques and having tons of options, but the travel costs combined with the procedure itself aren't cheap at all. Staying local is more convenient and costs less, but I'm also not sure if I can get the same level of service and professional expertise as I would in Korea.
I wanted to ask you all — those of you who've faced this decision before, which way did you go? What were your main criteria? Does anyone regret their choice? I'd really appreciate hearing your thoughts on this.

Not sure which clinic to choose?

I've been to Korea once and found that the actual prices plus airfare were really expensive, but I felt much more reassured about the procedures and professional consultants there. However, you could try researching reputable clinics in Vietnam first, then compare genuine feedback from people who've already tried them, because there are some great places here too!
I totally get it—I've been struggling with the same thing! It's definitely tempting that there are so many more options if you go to Korea, but when you add up the round-trip airfare and treatment costs, it really does come to a pretty significant amount. That said, to avoid any regrets, it might be best to figure out what your priorities are before making a decision.
I had it done in Vietnam the previous year and then went to Korea, and honestly the issue wasn't just the price—it was the problem of aftercare management following the removal service. The Korean practitioners explained things more thoroughly, so this time I felt more confident.
