I've heard so many amazing things and seen such great results, but honestly, the whole planning process feels a bit overwhelming right now! I'm trying to figure out how to best approach it.

My biggest hurdle is budgeting. Beyond just the cost of the actual treatments, I'm trying to factor in flights, accommodation, food, transportation, and maybe a little bit of sightseeing too. But I also don't want to stay for ages if it's not necessary, especially thinking about work back home. And how far in advance did you book your flights and stay once you had a general idea of what you wanted to do?
