I'm looking to try some beauty procedures in Korea, but when I look at Korean review sites, I can't understand anything. I use Google Translate, but I'm worried it's not accurate, so I don't know if I should trust those reviews. Do you ladies have any smart ways to check reviews?
I also want to know if there are any signs of fake reviews or untrustworthy clinics that I should avoid. For example, reviews that are overly positive or overly negative, or promises that are too grand – when should I be wary? I've heard some clinics take advantage of foreigners, so I'm a bit concerned.
Ladies who have experience searching and comparing information from Korean reviews, please help me out. I would be very grateful! 🙏

I completely understand your concerns! I also use Google Translate to read reviews, and sometimes it's hard to grasp the real meaning 😅 My current approach is to focus on the detailed descriptions in the reviews, such as the actual recovery process and specific sensations. These kinds of reviews are generally more credible than those that are overly exaggerated. Another method is to compare reviews from multiple places, looking for commonly mentioned issues and advantages. This helps filter out some strange comments. However, the safest bet is still to ask places that have experience with international patients, or to see if there are options for communication in English or Chinese ~
