I was taking photos once and showed a friend a picture without a filter. When they saw my face, they said, "Why is the shadow here so dark?" lol. At first, I thought it was because of the lighting, but when I looked closely, it was a freckle...
I was so embarrassed for a moment that I insisted, "No, it's because of the lighting!" but I eventually admitted it, and we both burst out laughing. Since then, whenever I take a picture, I get self-conscious about that part first, which makes it even funnier and more bothersome. It's funny yet sad at the same time.

I used to live constantly worrying about my melasma, but after getting laser treatment at Gangnam J.Y. recently, I feel like I'm living a new life haha.
Wow, I want to try laser treatment too!
Please make sure to apply sunscreen.
I don't really wear sunscreen, so...
Oh my gosh, that's funny and sad at the same time ㅠㅠㅠ lol. If you're still bothered by your melasma, I think you might want to try Silfirm X! It's a treatment that transforms your skin into one that doesn't get melasma, so I think it would be really effective, and I'm actually considering it myself.
There are so many procedures these days, it's hard to choose lol
If you don't mind the Sejong area, you should also check out Tox & Peel! I went there after a recommendation, and they explained the treatment plan based on my skin condition and gave me a really great consultation. I was scared because it was a melasma injection, but they administered it without any pain.
It's far.
Oh, me too. I think I have both melasma and dark spots, and it's stressing me out because my face looks messy. I'm looking around in Busan, and since I heard Malgogoun specializes in this kind of pigmentation treatment, I'm considering going there.
I have no intention of going all the way to Busan haha..
I don't know why melasma seems to be visible even through the camera lens. I got laser treatment to get rid of it, but it came back after I skipped applying sunscreen for a few days. So now, I get treatments occasionally while also doing home care. I've been using Q-Medi Cream for home care, and it's been pretty good; the blemishes have faded compared to before. I'm satisfied that it hasn't recurred. Please make sure to apply sunscreen...
