예뻐질거에요

I didn't used to have this many, but it feels like my melasma is getting darker and darker. I want to get rid of it before it gets any worse.
I'm worried because I've heard that melasma doesn't disappear in one go, requires multiple treatments, and tends to recur. I'm concerned about what if I get it treated and it comes back again?
Also, I've heard that if it's treated improperly, it can get even darker, so I'm a bit scared to go just anywhere.
For those who have undergone melasma removal, does it really lighten? And I'm curious about how many sessions it takes to see a noticeable difference.
If you know of any clinics in the Hyojadong area of Jeonju that are good at melasma removal and provide thorough consultations, please recommend them! ㅎㅎ

I also had my melasma treated because it was getting darker, and after several sessions, it definitely lightened~ It doesn't disappear all at once, but gradually fades.
How many times have you received it?
I received the 10-session melasma package, and starting around the 5th session, I could feel it fading significantly. After completing all 10 sessions, it's completely gone, and my skin has brightened too lol I'm so satisfied.
Oh, where did you get it done, by any chance?
I got it done at SNU Hyojadong Clinic.
They say you need to be especially careful with UV rays while treating melasma~ I heard that if you neglect care during the procedure, pigmentation can worsen.
Oh, I thought I just had to apply it, but I need to take good care of it too ㅜ I usually just slathered on sunscreen, but I'll have to be more mindful.
I totally get your worry about this—I've been nervous about the same thing since I've heard it can come back if you don't go to the right place. Honestly, I think the best move is just having a really detailed consultation first and asking them all these questions directly, like how many sessions they'd recommend for your specific spots and what their aftercare is like. That way you'll feel more confident about whether it's the right fit for you!
