Hi, I'm Misaki, and I'm here on a beauty trip. I posted because I wanted to get everyone's advice about aftercare following my procedure.
This is my first time getting a procedure done in Korea, and I'm worried about whether I'll be able to properly care for it myself during the few days before I return home… I feel like I've heard about cooling masks, soothing gels, silicone sheets, and all sorts of things, but what do people actually bring with them? Is it okay to buy something from a drugstore, or do I need to use specifically what the clinic recommends? I'm really not sure.
What I'm especially curious about is which type of cooling product is the easiest to use, or whether it's really necessary at all. I'd love to hear from everyone's experience! It might differ depending on the type of procedure, but even general advice would be helpful, so please let me know!

I totally understand your concerns! I've been there myself when I first started 😅 Honestly, I think you don't need to buy too much at once. A cooling gel or mask from a drugstore is usually enough to satisfy your needs. But the most important thing is getting peace of mind from the clinic too, because sometimes they may recommend specific products for safety reasons.
Hey Misaki, did you ask the doctor at the clinic where you had the procedure done if there are any specific products they recommend using afterward? I've seen a lot of people say they were given specific guidance depending on the type of procedure, so maybe you should double-check with the clinic in case they already have a list of recommended products ready for you!
