How much swelling is typical immediately after a procedure? Also, what kind of aftercare products do you all prepare to use while traveling? I know there are things like cooling sheets and creams, but I'd love to know what has actually been helpful.

I'm looking for things that are easy to use for care on the plane or in the hotel during my travels. I'm also curious if the clinic performing the procedure might offer advice like, "You should bring this." If anyone has experience, I'd be so happy if you could share any tips!
