My name is Nhi, and I've just decided to try some treatments in Korea, but I only know basic Korean. Now I'm confused when reading reviews on websites or social media because I'm not sure if I understand them correctly. Does anyone in this group have more experience and can share some tips on how to intelligently evaluate reviews?
I'm worried about fake reviews or reviews written by the clinic itself for advertising purposes. So I want to know: what signs do you usually look for when reading feedback? For example, are overly perfect reviews, or reviews that all say "amazing," a red flag?
Also, I want to ask if I should trust before-and-after photos on the clinic's website, or should I look for reviews from real people on other platforms? I find it hard to believe a place has 100% 5-star reviews 😅 Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
