It's been about a year since my first nose surgery.
Starting three months post-surgery, a gap formed between the bridge and the tip of my nose, and now the tip has dropped completely, making it look like a total whiny nose.
But I've developed a total neurosis about the tip dropping, so this time I'm planning to use autologous rib cartilage, which has good fixation, to secure it firmly.
So, I'm desperately looking for a place known for using autologous rib cartilage effectively and for being good at revision rhinoplasty.
Are there any places that are good at revision rhinoplasty that accurately analyze the cause of the first surgery's failure, rather than just clinics that focus on making the lines look pretty?
If you know of any good places for revision rhinoplasty, please share them with me.
+++Please recommend places that are good at using autologous rib cartilage.

Finish Plastic Surgery is the place famous for excellent rhinoplasty revision surgery using autologous rib cartilage!
I also had my revision surgery there. Since I mentioned I wanted the fixation to be secure, they created a plan using the strongest part of the autologous rib cartilage available!
I highly recommend them because they are so professional and have extensive surgical experience—to the point where they even have an "Autologous Rib Cartilage Guarantee" system!
Ah, that's a place I heard of when I was searching online for good places for revision rhinoplasty on my own.
But by any chance, could you tell me what the Autologous Rib Guarantee is?
It's a guarantee system that provides after-sales service if the tip of your nose drops after surgery!
But mine stayed in place well from the start, so I didn't really need to use it lol!
Still, having this kind of guarantee system did give me peace of mind.
Oh, thank you so much. I'll try going here for a consultation.
It's really hard to find a place that uses autologous rib cartilage well, isn't it? I think finding a place that uses it well is even harder than finding a place that does revision rhinoplasty well.
I did hear that autologous rib cartilage is a bit tricky to use.
Sigh, but I still want to get it done with autologous rib cartilage at a place that specializes in revision rhinoplasty...
I also heard that autologous rib cartilage is sturdy, so I went to a clinic specializing in revision rhinoplasty for a consultation, but they kept insisting that ear cartilage would be sufficient. They didn't even check if autologous rib cartilage was usable and just kept pushing for ear cartilage, so I just left.
I'm worried because ear cartilage won't be fixed as firmly as autologous rib cartilage.
I'm also concerned because not all places known for revision rhinoplasty use autologous rib cartilage effectively.
If you happen to have revision surgery using autologous rib cartilage, could you please share information about a good place for rhinoplasty revision surgery with me as well?
Of course! If the results are satisfactory, I'll share information about places that do revision rhinoplasty well.
Among the places good at revision rhinoplasty, this one even uses autologous rib cartilage well, so hmm.
It's not to the point where I have to give up on finding it, right?
But seriously, just like the comment above, there are many places that try to avoid using autologous rib cartilage.
If you go to a place known for good revision rhinoplasty, they just keep talking about silicone, ear cartilage, or donated rib cartilage.
Honestly, I think autologous rib cartilage would be the safest, but should I not trust every place that claims to be good at revision rhinoplasty?
