Choosing a clinic in South Korea: How to interpret reviews?

Hi, I'm Rin. I'm interested in cosmetic treatments in Korea, but honestly, my Korean isn't very good... Even when I look at review sites, I can't tell what information is reliable.

What concerns me most is that even on Japanese and English websites, it seems like there are only overwhelmingly positive reviews, and I can't help but wonder if they're really true. How do you all gather information? Also, are there any red flags that make you think "this looks suspicious" when reading reviews?

I'm thinking of using translation tools to look at Korean websites, but I'd appreciate it if you could tell me if there are any points I should be careful about as a foreigner. I'd also love to hear honest experiences from people who have actually received treatment.
