Hi everyone, I'm Yu Han, from China. I'm planning to get a minor skin treatment in Seoul, but I'm a little worried about the language barrier. My English is okay, and Chinese is definitely fine, but my Korean is practically nonexistent. Has anyone consulted with clinics in Seoul? Is it absolutely necessary to speak Korean? Or are there translators or English-speaking consultants available in many places?
I've seen online that some people say Seoul's cosmetic clinics are quite welcoming to international customers, but I'm still a bit hesitant. I'd like to know about everyone's experiences—how did you communicate? Has anyone encountered language difficulties? Or do you have any suggestions? For example, what should I prepare in advance, and how can I communicate clearly?
I feel like the ladies in this community have a lot of experience, and I hope to hear everyone's honest thoughts. Thank you!
