Hi everyone, I'm Wen. I'm considering going to Korea for a small procedure during my vacation, but I'm a little worried about swelling on the way back. I'd like to ask experienced ladies what kind of aftercare is best for the first few days after the procedure? Should I use cold compresses?
Also, I'm wondering if I should prepare some soothing or anti-swelling products to bring, but I'm not sure exactly what. Can anyone share their experiences? For example, what types of products are helpful, or any aftercare tips?
I know everyone's situation is different, but I'd really appreciate any advice. Especially if I need to take a long flight, how should I take care of myself? Thank you everyone!

Hey! I totally get the swelling worry before a long flight. Honestly, I just brought a small gel eye mask in my carry-on and kept it in the airplane bathroom fridge—sounds random but it actually helped during the flight itself. Also, staying super hydrated seemed to help way more than I expected, even though it sounds counterintuitive. Hope your trip goes smoothly!
I also flew back after finishing a project abroad. My biggest piece of advice is to bring a portable cooling patch; you can use it on the plane, and it really helps! Also, drink plenty of water. It sounds simple, but it really makes a difference. Wishing you a smooth recovery!
