Hi, my name is Tan, and I'm currently struggling with a decision 😅. I want to get some aesthetic skincare treatments. I have two options: go to a clinic in Thailand or get them done while I'm traveling in Korea.
In Thailand, it's more convenient for follow-up appointments, and the cost might be lower. But in Korea, I've heard you can find very new technologies and get a better assessment of the doctor's expertise. I'm not sure if it's concerning to get treatments done abroad.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Where did you ultimately choose to get your treatments? What was most important in your decision – techniques, results, safety, or something else? Thanks for helping me brainstorm! 🙏

Tarn, congratulations! I've been to Korea multiple times and tried at-home skincare first before going to Korea. The advantage of going to Korea is getting to see the doctor directly and having a detailed consultation. However, you do need to consider the costs of flights and follow-up care. If you're still unsure if it's right for you, you can try it at home first before making a decision.
