How can I read and trust reviews when I'm not fluent in Korean?

Hello, I'm Salma from the UAE and I'm considering some cosmetic treatments here in Korea. The problem is, I'm trying to read reviews and opinions on local platforms, but I don't understand Korean very well, and I'm afraid I'll miss important details. Has anyone here had a similar experience? What makes you trust a particular review?

Also, I'd like to know what red flags I should watch out for. For example, I've noticed some before-and-after photos look a bit strange, or the reviews are all overwhelmingly positive. Is this normal, or is something not right? And how do I communicate with the clinic if I don't understand something specific?
