Hi everyone, I'm Ying. I've been thinking about getting some cosmetic treatments in Korea recently, but I've run into a problem – my Korean language skills are really not great, and I can't understand many of the reviews for medical aesthetics clinics. Even when I use translation tools, the results feel a bit strange, and I'm not sure if they're genuine patient feedback or written by the clinics themselves.
I'm really curious if anyone has any tips on how to judge the authenticity of these reviews? For example, what kind of reviews seem suspicious? How can I find more honest feedback? Also, have any of you noticed any red flags during consultations? Like a doctor having a bad attitude, or promises of results that sound too exaggerated?
I know the language barrier puts me at a disadvantage, but I genuinely want to make an informed decision. If anyone has had similar experiences, or knows how to find reliable medical aesthetics information in an unfamiliar place, I would be so grateful! Is anyone willing to share their experiences?
