Has anyone experienced post-operative swelling care after minor cosmetic surgery?

Hello everyone, I'm Hong from Vietnam. I'm planning to get a minor cosmetic procedure here (not a major surgery) but I'll have to fly back home after 3-4 days. I'm worried about still having quite a bit of swelling when I return, and I won't have anyone to take care of me.

I wanted to ask what you usually bring to help reduce swelling? I know I can use an ice pack, but is there anything else? What kind of skincare products have you found helpful afterward? I'm not sure if I should buy them in Vietnam beforehand or purchase them here before I leave.

Also, does anyone have experience flying after a procedure? I've heard it can affect swelling, but I'm not sure how much. Thank you all for sharing; I really need your advice!
