Hi everyone, I'm Peiyun. I've been researching cosmetic procedures in Korea lately, but honestly, my Korean is limited, so reading clinic reviews and descriptions is a bit difficult. I'd like to ask you all, how do you determine which reviews are credible when choosing a clinic? Are there any red flags to be wary of?
My biggest concern right now is whether some reviews are written by the clinic itself or by someone else? Or whether some promises sound too perfect and are actually impossible to fulfill? I'm also unsure if the English and Korean descriptions are consistent, which makes me a little uneasy.
If anyone has experience in Seoul or Busan, could you share how you did your research? Is looking at before and after photos enough, or do you need to ask specific questions? Also, is it normal for clinics to constantly push additional treatments or products? I hope you can give me some practical advice, thank you!

I totally relate to your concerns! Language is a big barrier, especially when reading long reviews. When I was researching, I tried asking the clinic directly via email in English, and they were quite responsive, so maybe that's a way to double-check that their explanations are consistent, hehe.
