Hi everyone, I'm Zhen. I'm currently considering getting a skincare treatment in Korea, but my Korean isn't very good, and I have a hard time understanding reviews. Some of the translated reviews seem a bit off, and I'm unsure if they're genuine. I'd like to ask experienced people how to judge the authenticity of reviews? Are there any warning signs I should be wary of?
For example, are reviews that are absolutely perfect and without any flaws suspicious? Also, how can I find reliable review channels? I've noticed some platforms have very similar reviews with similar wording; are those unreliable? Additionally, are there any questions I should ask the clinic directly during the consultation?
I really want to find a reliable place, but the language barrier is making me a little anxious. I hope to hear your advice and experience sharing! Thank you!
