How can foreigners trust reviews of Korean clinics, and what precautions should they take?

Hi everyone! My name is Game, and I'm thinking about trying aesthetic treatments in South Korea, but the problem is I can't read Korean at all 😅 When searching for clinics, I rely on Google Translate, but I'm shocked at how strange some translations sound, and I'm afraid of choosing the wrong place.

I'd like to ask, when looking at reviews online, do you have any methods for foreigners like me to tell if the reviews are genuine or if there are any red flags to watch out for? For example, before-and-after photos that look like they're copied, or reviews that seem to be from bots?

My neighbors suggested checking social media for information about the type of treatment and choosing clinics with warnings from Thai people. I'd really like to know what other people's experiences have been like. Thank you everyone for your help! 💕
