How can I trust reviews when I don't know Korean?

Could anyone who has had cosmetic surgery in Korea please help me? I want to learn more before making any decisions, but I only know English and Vietnamese. When I read reviews on Korean websites or watch videos, I'm not sure if I can trust them because I can't read Korean.

I'm very worried about fake reviews or other untrue things. Have you ever had difficulty choosing a reputable place? What warning signs should I look for to avoid low-quality places? I've heard about asking friends from other countries or finding an interpreter, but I don't know which is the most effective way.
