Should I get it done domestically or in Korea? Is there really that big of a difference?

Hi everyone, I've been struggling with this issue lately. I want to get a cosmetic procedure done, and there are quite a few medical aesthetic institutions in China that can do it. However, I've heard from many people that the results are better and more natural when done in Korea. But the round-trip airfare, accommodation, and time costs add up, and I'm a bit undecided.

Mainly, I'm not sure how big the difference really is. Is it that the technical skill level is significantly different, or are the options in China already quite good now, and I might be influenced by marketing? I'm also wondering if I choose to have it done in China, it would be more convenient to handle any post-procedure issues or adjustments domestically.

Has anyone else had this dilemma? How did you ultimately make your decision? What made you finally choose one option over the other? I'm especially keen to hear from experienced sisters.
