Is my English sufficient for a consultation in Seoul?

Hi everyone, I'm Nga from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Seoul next month for a consultation about some treatments, and I'm a little worried about communication. I can speak English, but not very fluently, and I know absolutely no Korean.

Has anyone been there for a consultation before? I'd like to know if clinics in Seoul have English-speaking staff, or if I need an interpreter? I've heard some places offer pretty good English support, but I'm not entirely sure. Going alone feels a bit unsafe because I want to understand everything during the consultation.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Or has anyone been in a similar situation? Please share your experiences. Thank you!
