Even when I look at clinic reviews, on Korean sites, the translations don't always work well, and it's hard to tell if they're genuine. Especially places with overly positive reviews, I sometimes find them suspicious. How do you all choose reliable clinics?

I'd love to know if there are any points foreigners should be particularly careful about, or any red flags in reviews that suggest I should be skeptical. Are there perhaps any questions I should ask during a consultation before actually going? I'd be so grateful for any advice.
