I think I've been taking herbal medicine for about half a year. But these days, I see a lot of people taking it in pill form.
Hmm... half a year... I want to lose about 5 to 10 kilos, but would 3 to 4 months be a bit tight?
I managed my weight with herbal pills for about 3 months and lost about 8 kilograms. There was a time when I suddenly had to manage my weight, and by taking the pills, doing light exercise, and controlling my diet, I was able to lose that much. Haha.
But I can't exercise and I don't have time to go to the hospital, so I'm not sure if it's possible. By any chance, which hospital is it?
There is a Korean medicine clinic called Bondi Korean Medicine Clinic right in front of Exit 6 of Yeoksam Station. You can get a consultation remotely, and the prescribed herbal medicine is delivered, so that should be fine for you!!
If you're near Gangnam, why not check out MadeU? Herbal pills and traditional medicine don't agree with me, so I'm taking a prescription for multiple medications, and I've found the MadeU ones to be really effective.
