Hi, this is Wakana. I've decided to get a beauty treatment in Korea, and this will be my first time getting a treatment overseas, but I'm worried about aftercare...😅
I won't be able to stay at home for a few days after the treatment, so I'm really struggling with what to pack. Are cooling sheets and silicone sheets really necessary? Or will the ones provided by the clinic be enough? Also, there seem to be various types of soothing gels, but what do people usually bring?
I'm especially concerned about how to spend the first few days after the treatment. I'd like to hear from people who have actually traveled abroad about what kind of care items are reassuring to have while resting in a hotel room. I'd also like to know about things I can use on the plane or while traveling, so could anyone give me some advice?

Hi Wakana! I'm curious, after the treatment, does your skin become extra sensitive to hot or cold temperatures? I'm planning to travel while recovering and am worried about how long a trip will be, especially on a plane with cold air conditioning. Do I really need to bring my own cooling sheets from home or can I just buy them here?
Wakana, how many days are you planning to stay in Korea after your treatment? I'm also worried about having to travel a lot after the treatment, so I wanted to know how long you'll be staying in a hotel before flying home 😅
