Korea vs. Japan: I'm undecided on where to get my procedure.

Hello everyone, I'm Rei. I've been struggling with something for a while and decided to post to get your opinions.

I'm thinking about getting a procedure for my skin concerns, but I can't decide whether to do it in Japan or Korea... I often hear that Korea has more options and is cheaper. However, in Japan, follow-up visits would be easier, and I'd feel less worried about aftercare if any issues arose. Also, there's the language barrier to consider...

To those who have had procedures in Korea, or to anyone who was in a similar dilemma, I'd like to ask: how did you ultimately decide? Should I really go there first and consult before making a decision? Or do you feel Japan is sufficient? I'm truly struggling, so I'd be grateful for any advice you can offer.
