After my first facial contouring procedure - do any of you experienced ladies have any skincare tips?

Hi everyone, I'm Chi from Vietnam. Yesterday I had a small procedure done to improve my face a bit, and now I have some swelling and bruising. I'm not too worried, but I'd like to know about your experiences and what I should do in the coming days to recover as normally as possible.

Currently, I'm trying to avoid hot water, not touch the swollen areas, and drink plenty of water. But I'm not entirely sure about other things that might help, like whether I should use masks or anything, or if I should just rest completely. Do you ladies have any good tips?
