What did everyone bring for post-treatment care on their beauty trips?

I'm scheduled to have a procedure in Korea next month, and I'm wondering how many post-treatment care products I should bring... I'm unsure whether to bring cooling masks and silicone sheets from Japan or buy them there.

I'm particularly interested in cooling masks and soothing gels. I think I'll have a fair amount of time to do self-care at the hotel, so I'd appreciate any recommendations. There are so many types of silicone sheets, I don't know which one to choose.

What kind of aftercare items did you all bring on your beauty trips? Are there things I can buy at local pharmacies? I want to avoid making my luggage too heavy, so I'd really appreciate any advice from those with experience!
