Hi everyone, I'm Hiền from Vietnam. I'm planning to explore aesthetic services in Seoul next year, but I'm quite worried about the communication issue. I can speak basic English, but I'm not very fluent, and I don't know any Korean at all.

I'd like to ask those of you who have experience there: what level of English support do clinics and beauty facilities in Seoul offer? Or has anyone been there and found staff who speak Vietnamese? I'm a bit anxious about miscommunication during consultations, since this involves my face after all.

Does anyone have suggestions on how I should prepare best? Should I learn some basic Korean or is English sufficient? Thank you! 😊
