Questions About Swelling Management and What to Bring When Getting Minor Procedures in Korea

Hi, I'm Sayaka. I'm planning to go to Korea next month and get a light procedure done, but I have a short turnaround before my flight home... I'd really like some advice on how to manage swelling.

What I'm especially concerned about is what cooling products I should bring to help minimize swelling after the procedure, and what kind of aftercare products would be good to have. I'm also worried about how much the swelling will go down before I get on the plane 😅 What kinds of things do you all bring with you?

Also, is it normal to receive aftercare products from the clinic after treatment? Or should I prepare my own? I'm unsure whether it's better to bring things from Japan in advance for peace of mind, or if I should just buy them locally.

This is my first time getting a procedure and I have so many worries, but I'm looking forward to hearing advice from those of you with experience 💫
