They didn't force anything on me and only talked about what was right for my current condition, so I naturally trusted them.

They also gave me good guidance on precautions and care methods before and after the procedure, so I wasn't confused about what to do even after I got home.

I was a little nervous since it was my first time visiting a dermatology clinic, but the atmosphere was comfortable and the staff were kind, so it was much better than I expected.
