I’ve been taking skincare treatments in my spare time after dropping my child off at the academy, and I’m writing this because I’ve noticed a few things while trying out various places.
At first, I booked an appointment at a newly opened place near my house, but since it hadn't been open for long, it was incredibly crowded. I waited for over an hour and eventually just left. I arrived right on time, but they told me there were a few more people ahead of me.
Then, I tried visiting a few more places with good reviews, but the doctor in charge was different every time I went, so I kept getting the feeling that there was a lack of consistency. It felt like they were looking at my chart to figure things out for the first time, even when I explained what treatment I had received last time. Because of that, it was annoying having to explain everything from scratch every time, and I started to doubt if they really understood my skin and were taking care of it properly.
Then, I ended up going to JNLRS Dermatology in Gwangmyeong through a friend's recommendation. Perhaps because they have been in Gwangmyeong for quite a while, the atmosphere was completely different. I felt the difference right from the consultation. Instead of aggressively recommending this and that or shoving packages in my face, they first had a thorough conversation about my current skin condition and what I was concerned about. I actually felt more comfortable because they really listened to me.
Usually, when you go to a dermatology clinic, they often start the procedure right away after a consultation that lasts less than five minutes, right?
It wasn't like that here, so it felt a bit unfamiliar at first,
but I realized that this is the right way to do it.
I think it's worth visiting for those who want to go to one place consistently.

I've had a similar experience too ㅠㅠ May I ask which side it was on?
This is Generis Clinic~ It's near Cheolsan Station, and I heard it's been around for a long time in Gwangmyeong.
