Hi everyone, I'm thinking of getting a minor beauty treatment in Korea, but I have to fly back immediately afterward. I'm a little worried about the travel and aftercare.
I've heard there's some swelling afterward, so I'd like to ask if anyone has any tips for relieving it? I know about basics like ice packs and drinking water, but are there any other helpful tricks? Also, regarding skincare products—should I bring some very gentle face masks or toners back with me? Can I find the medical-grade beauty products available in China here?
Additionally, I'd like to know what I need to pay special attention to on the plane and while traveling by car in the first few days after the procedure? Has anyone had a similar experience and could share their advice? I'm worried that I might not be prepared enough and my recovery won't be good. Thank you all!

Take it easy! I was thinking of doing the same thing and was worried about swelling and the flight home. I think most people probably plan to rest for a couple of days before traveling back, and from what I've heard, avoiding salty foods and getting enough sleep seems to help. 🙏
I've been worried about this too! I was wondering how long it usually takes to see the swelling go down. I'm also planning to fly a few days after treatment and am really worried about my eyes still being swollen on the plane. 😅
I used to be really worried about this when I got home! I brought a sheet mask and a gentle mist spray, which I kept in a small bag for the plane—it really helped keep my skin hydrated during the trip. I hope your recovery is going smoothly and you don't have to stress too much!
