I've noticed while filming videos lately that my upper lip doesn't seem to lift up properly when I speak. Because of that, my facial expressions look a bit stiff, and even when I smile, it feels somewhat stifled. I looked it up and read that having a long philtrum can cause that feeling, so I'm wondering if there is really a connection. Has anyone else considered philtrum reduction for this reason?

Wow, but I've heard it's fine if the philtrum reduction is done well.
I'm planning to get a consultation first! Hahaha

An acquaintance of mine had similar concerns and got philtrum reduction at Mina, and they said their facial expressions look much more natural. They also mentioned that their lip movements look a bit more distinct.
It seems it's not just about shortening the length. Thank you.
I'm worried about the philtrum reduction scar ㅠㅠ
I heard they do a good job these days without leaving any scars haha
I was also worried about my philtrum, so I had it reduced at Mina Plastic Surgery. I wasn't sure at first, but after the procedure, my facial expressions feel much more natural and relaxed. It doesn't feel like an excessive change; it just feels like my proportions have been refined, so I am satisfied. 👍
Thank you. I should keep this in mind and try going for a consultation.
