I usually look for places with good reviews on Instagram, Reddit or YouTube. But how do I know if all these are true? The language used when interacting online is important. I want to know if there is an English speaker or a translator, because I want to be quite selective.

A question: what do you check before going to a consultation? Which points do you think are the most important? Any good advice or experience with medical services would be interesting! Thanks :)
