How do people find reliable clinics in Korea?

Hello! I'm Tuya from Mongolia. I've heard that it's interesting and I'm thinking of getting beauty treatments in Korea. But I'm not sure how foreigners like us find reliable clinics there.

I usually look for places with good reviews on Instagram, Reddit or YouTube. But how do I know if all these are true? The language used when interacting online is important. I want to know if there is an English speaker or a translator, because I want to be quite selective.

A question: what do you check before going to a consultation? Which points do you think are the most important? Any good advice or experience with medical services would be interesting! Thanks :)
