Hi, this is Emi. I'm going to Korea next month for a minor cosmetic procedure, and I have a trip planned right afterward. I'm worried about the swelling after the procedure... How much swelling do you all experience?

I'd especially like to know what items I should bring to minimize swelling. Things like cooling sheets or moisturizing creams would be helpful. Since I'll be flying, I'd like to pack things that I can carry on board.

Also, how long should I avoid strenuous activity immediately after the procedure? I'm wondering if I should reconsider my travel schedule. If anyone has experience with this, I'd really appreciate your advice. Thank you!
