Nose reduction for an office worker... If I have surgery after work on Friday, will I be able to go to work on Monday?

I work full-time, and I can't even consider rhinoplasty because of the recovery period, so I'm looking into getting nostril reduction done separately.

When viewed from the front, the bases of my nostrils are wide and spread out, so I just want to narrow them up a bit, but I can't take a long vacation. ㅠㅠ Has anyone had surgery on Friday evening or Saturday morning and returned to work immediately on Monday?

I'm worried about how long the stitches and swelling will last, and whether it will be too unnoticeable if I wear a mask while working.
