Post-treatment swelling care in Korea + What products should I bring?

Hello everyone! I'm Jia Hui, from Taiwan. I'm planning a short treatment in Seoul, but I'm worried about swelling since I can only stay for about a week. I'd like to ask those of you with experience, how long does swelling usually last? Are there any home care tips to help reduce swelling?

Also, I'd like to know if anyone brings their usual products to Korea? I'm thinking of bringing some moisturizing or soothing products from Taiwan, as I'm worried I won't be able to find suitable ones there. What do you usually bring? Cooling compresses, creams, or something else? I'm a little nervous, to be honest, haha.
