Should I worry about the language barrier when seeking consultation in Seoul?

Hi everyone, I'm Tien from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Seoul for some cosmetic procedures, but I'm worried about my English skills and whether I'll need an interpreter. I know basic English, but I'm not sure if I can explain everything in detail.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? How was your consultation there? Do the clinics have staff who speak Vietnamese or other languages? Or should I learn more English before I go?

Does anyone have any suggestions? I want to prepare thoroughly so the consultation process goes smoothly. Thank you!
