Consultation on managing swelling and portable products after a minor procedure

Hello everyone, my name is Mild and I'm planning to have a minor procedure done while in Korea. I'm also planning to travel for a few days afterward.

I wanted to ask if any of you have experience with managing swelling and any truly great products? I'm not sure what to pack in my bag. I don't want to be too swollen and need it to be convenient for travel.

Does anyone recommend any specific type of cold compress, or perhaps a good sheet mask for post-procedure? And regarding regular skincare, how long do I need to wait before I can use my usual products? I'm worried about irritation if I use anything too light.
