As a foreigner, how can I trust Korean reviews? Are there any red flags I should be aware of?

Hi everyone, I'm Yan, from China. I've recently been looking at reviews of beauty clinics in Korea, but honestly, my Korean isn't very good, and I can't understand many of the details. Sometimes I use translation software, but something always feels off. I'd like to ask you all, how do you determine if a review is genuine and credible? Are there any red flags I should be wary of?

For example, are reviews that are overly exaggerated unreliable? Also, some reviews seem to be written by the clinic itself; can you tell? I'd also like to know, as a foreigner, besides reading reviews, what other ways are there to determine if a clinic is trustworthy?

If anyone has had similar experiences or knows any quick tips for judging, I would really appreciate it if you could share. I want to do my research as thoroughly as possible, but I don't want to be fooled by false advertising. Any suggestions?
